About Werchter Parklife
The Werchter festival family is expanding with a new addition: Werchter Parklife. The new one-day festival positions itself somewhere between Werchter Boutique and TW Classic and firmly embraces rock and alternative rock. The name Werchter Parklife is not new. It made its debut in the summer of 2021, when the Werchter festival team brought live music back to life with a special concert series, crafted for exceptional times. Starting in 2026, Werchter Parklife will return!

Lost & found
Have you lost your keys, wallet, mobile phone, or another item? During the festival, all lost items will be collected at the information booths.
Are you still on the festival grounds? Then stop by an information booth to check if your lost item has been handed in. During and after the festival, you can also check our iLost page to see if your item has been found. On Thursday 9 July, all unclaimed items will be handed over to the Municipality of Rotselaar, reachable via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be, or check their iLost page.

Can I get a refund for any unspent Coins after the festival?*
Yes, you can request a refund from Thursday 2 July 2026 at 11.00 am until Sunday 2 August 2026 at 11.59 pm, on this page. After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed.
- The refund will be processed no later than one week after your request.
- An administrative fee of €3.50 is charged per refund.
- Registration is required to submit a request.
- Within the EU: choose IBAN payment.
- Outside the EU (no IBAN): choose international payment.
For Coins purchased for Werchter Boutique or Rock Werchter, the refund is processed via werchterboutique.be or rockwerchter.be, respectively.
